Our health club offers a functional training concept adapted to the needs of day-to-day life. Here, you will find a wide range of equipment that will let you develop your training and get the best possible results, with professional support.
From Monday to Friday (subject to change), we offer a range of classes in the gym, such as functional training, H.I.I.T., stretching, AB. workout, waterfit, and more. For anyone seeking specialised training, there are various support options with a personal trainer.
Apart from the fitness component, Golden Club Health & Fitness also offers bookable services such as massages and beauty treatments, and osteopath consultations.

- Children under 16 years of age are only allowed to enter and remain if they are accompanied by adults over 18 years of age.
- The use of indoor pool requires the wearing of a swimming hat.
- Minimum age to use the gym: 16.
- Minimum age to use the jacuzzi, saunas and steam baths: 12 years.
- Required use of equipment for the practice of physical activities.
- Mandatory use of towels.
- It’s not allowed to eat in the exercise room.
- Alcoholic beverages not permitted.

Golden Club Health & Fitness also has a membership programme which all residents in the municipality of Tavira and adjoining municipalities can take advantage of throughout the year.
