WHAT IS STAYGOLDEN?
StayGolden Rewards is a permanent loyalty program based on exclusive benefits for all guests who register for the program on our website goldenclubcabanas.com.
WHICH ARE THE PROGRAM LEVELS AND BENEFITS?
The program has three levels for individual customers:
StayGolden, base level, accessible to all customers over 18 years old; StayGolden Plus, after stays of more than € 1200 or longer than ten nights, with additional benefits such as a welcome drink; StayGolden Prime, after stays of more than € 3000 or longer than 25 nights
HOW TO JOIN?
Membership in the StayGolden Rewards program is open to all guests over 18 years. To join, please use the registration form at www.goldenclubcabanas.com, or join during the booking process at www.goldenclubcabanas.com.
ARE THERE ANY COSTS WHEN JOINING?
No. StayGolden Rewards is free of charge to all guests.
CAN I KNOW HOW MUCH I NEED TO LEVEL UP?
All information about your reservations is available after logging in at booking.goldenclubcabanas.com. If you need help, you can send an email to info@goldenclubcabanas.com. Written communication with the program, via email, is available in two languages: Portuguese and English.
CAN MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?
The Plus and Prime levels are valid for 24 months from the date of the last reservation made; after that period, it will automatically move to the previous level.
I BOOKED WITHOUT JOINING THE PROGRAM. CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE STAYGOLDEN DISCOUNT?
No. To take advantage of the StayGolden Rewards program conditions on your booking, you must register first.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. CAN I RECOVER IT?
To recover your password, go to https://booking.goldenclubcabanas.com/en/bookcore/loyalty/account, click on “Already registered?” and “Forgot your password?”. You must enter the email with which you are registered and submit your request. Your password will be sent to the email address.
CAN'T REMEMBER THE REGISTERED EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
