What type of food is served at Restaurante Amarelo?
Portuguese and international.
Does Restaurante Amarelo accept non-resident guests?
Yes, we welcome non-resident guests, subject to availability. On days with a high number of Golden guests, we may not be able to accept external visitors; we recommend checking availability on the day.
What are the Health Club opening hours?
The Health Club is open from 10:00 to 12:45 and 14:00 to 18:45. These hours may change without prior notice; we recommend checking at Reception.
What services are available at the Health Club?
The Health Club includes:
- Indoor pool (heated from October to May)
- Sauna
- Turkish bath (steam room)
- Gym (access subject to an additional €5 per day, per guest)
- Massage room (by prior appointment)
What are the pool opening hours?
Pools operate from 9am to 7:30pm.
Note: Hours may be adjusted depending on the time of year.
Are there children’s pools?
No. Although there is no separate children’s pool, the Lake Pool has an integrated shallow area ideal for children. Use is under the supervision of parents or guardians.
Are the pools supervised by lifeguards?
No. The pools are not supervised.
Do you provide towels for the beach or pool?
No. Guests should bring their own towels, as the resort does not provide towels for beach or pool use.
May non-resident guests use the facilities?
No. Facilities are for the exclusive use of guests.
How does the boat service to the beach work?
- Free service, exclusive to guests
- Timetables available daily at Reception, adjusted according to weather and season
- After crossing the lagoon, a footpath of 200–400 metres (depending on the tide) must be walked to reach the beach
Note: As this is a protected area within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, there are no bars or sanitary facilities on this beach.
