Here, we gather answers to the most common questions about Golden Club Cabanas, our services, and everything you need to know to make the most of your experience with us.
Are there alternatives with beach facilities (bar, restrooms)?
Yes. On the opposite side of Cabanas de Tavira, there is a paid boat service that provides access to a bathing area with a bar and support infrastructure
What is the minimum age for the Kids Club?
From October to May, all children can use the space. Children up to 3 years old must be accompanied by parents/guardians.
From June to September, the Kids Club accepts children aged 4–12. Three-year-olds who are no longer dependent on nappies may be left in the care of the animators.
From June to September, parents/guardians may not remain in the Kids Club area.
How do children access the Kids Club?
Children must be registered by their parents at the Kids Club reception. Access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, up to a maximum of 40 children at a time.
In summer, are there shows and a mini disco every day? At what time?
From June to September, we offer evening entertainment including dance shows, magic, live music and more. The mini-disco runs at 21:00 from Wednesday to Sunday. Shows start at 21:30 and take place every day.
Do you provide sports and leisure equipment?
Equipment is provided by the Health Club, subject to a refundable €10 deposit returned upon equipment return. Floats/inflatables are not rented and are not permitted in the pools.
Are sports activities suitable for all ages?
Sports activities are for people aged 13 and over. The weekly activities programme is displayed at the hotel reception with all necessary information. Any activity targeted at a specific age group will be clearly indicated.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is public and located near the resort. It is not reserved and cannot be booked.
Do you provide safes?
Yes. Safes are located in a room in the lobby. Rental can be arranged at Reception.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, Multibanco, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
What age is considered a child for classification purposes?
Guests up to and including 12 years old are considered children. From 13 years old, they are considered adults.
