Here, we gather answers to the most common questions about Golden Club Cabanas, our services, and everything you need to know to make the most of your experience with us.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 17h00. Check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
The applicable conditions depend on the selected rate:

Best Available Rate: Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations 20–8 days prior incur a charge of 25% of the total reservation value. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation value.

Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After this period, or in case of no-show, 50% of the reservation value will be charged.

Can I choose a specific apartment or a view?
Apartment or view preferences can be indicated at the time of booking or by email and will be treated as special requests. They are subject to availability and do not constitute a guaranteed assignment.
What board plans are available?
We offer the following options:
- Room Only
- Bed & Breakfast
- Half Board
- Full Board
- All Inclusive
What is the maximum occupancy allowed per apartment type?
- Sunrise Studio: 2 adults + 1 child
- Sunrise Studio Plus: up to 3 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children
- Sunset Studio: 2 adults + 1 child
- Sunset Studio Plus: 2 adults + 2 children
- Sunset 1-Bedroom Apartment: 2 adults + 2 children
- Sunset 1-Bedroom Plus Apartment: 3 adults + 2 children
- Sunset 2-Bedroom Apartment / Sunset Villa: 4 adults + 2 children
Notes:
In all types, the maximum child age is 12 years.
Due to the size of the Sunrise Studio and Sunset Studio, a cot cannot be provided. If you need this equipment, we recommend choosing an alternative type.
What equipment is available in the apartments?
All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette or kitchen, microwave, hob (2 or 4 burners), refrigerator, private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.
Is there internet access in the apartments?
Yes. All apartments have free Wi-Fi. The password is posted on the inside of the entrance door. If you wish to access the internet in other resort areas, you can request additional credentials at Reception.
Do the apartments have double beds?
Only the Sunset 2-Bedroom Apartments and Sunset Villa apartment types include a bedroom with a double bed. The remaining types are equipped with single beds.
How often is housekeeping provided?
- General cleaning: every two days
- Towel change: twice a week (only for stays of four nights or more)
- Linen change: once a week
Notes:
Housekeeping does not include dishwashing or kitchen tidying.
No towel change will be made on the day before check-out.
Which restaurants and bars are available at Golden Club Cabanas?
- Restaurante Amarelo – 8am – 10am; 12:30pm – 2pm; 7pm – 9:00pm (open all year)
- Ria Café – 10am – 11pm (mid-October to mid-May)
- Bar A Vela – 10am – 11pm (mid-May to mid-October)
